Tony knows that his score on the state wide math exam in June will count as 2 grades. He presently has 4 quarterly great that average out to 88 what possible grades can he get on his state finals to achieve an A Average which Is 90 or Better? The maximum Possible Grade is 100.

91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98,99,100 are all the grades to get above/or 90.

Explanation:

Since each count as two grades then just add all possible values and divide them by 3 to get the average. We have to divide by three because 6/2 =3:


(88+90+90)/(3) = 89


(88+91+91)/(3) = 90


(88+92+92)/(3) = 91


(88+93+93)/(3) = 91


(88+94+94)/(3) = 92


(88+95+95)/(3) = 93


(88+96+96)/(3) = 93


(88+97+97)/(3) = 94


(88+98+98)/(3) = 95


(88+99+99)/(3) = 95


(88+100+100)/(3) = 96
