Probability of card black 0,5 or 50%

Probability of face card 0,23 or 23 %

Explanation:

A normal deck of card has 52 cards, half ( 26) black and half red (26)

Probability of card drawn is black is 0,5 or 50%

The deck has 4 suits and each suit 3 face cards, therefore we find 12 possibles events out of 52

Probability of drawn card is face card 12/52 = 0,23 or 23 %
