I believe the answer is y-5=3(x-1) since I was able to graph it

y − 5 = 3(x − 1)

y = 0 => 0 - 5 = 3(x - 1)

- 5 = 3x - 3

- 5 + 3 = 3x

3x = - 2

x = - 2/3

x = - 0,6

x = 0

y - 5 = 3(0 - 1)

y = 5 - 3

y = 2
