let's change the variable n to a variable x (it can be x and y):

x ≥ -8

go to the X-axis which is the line going horizontal, just as the first picture attached!

2. Now go to the -8 on that line and draw a straight bold line going up (vertical)

and there you have the answer to the question.

if the question was with this symbol: < or > then the line would be dashed instead of being a bold solid straight line!
