Explanation:

so we assume 1000 MB is 1 GB. Now we multiply the 500 MB with 16 to get 8000 MB, the total number of MB needed, but we need the GB so we divide by 1000 to get 8 GB

if one movie takes 500 MB, 16 will take 500+500+...16 times, hence

16×500=8000 MBs

assuming 1GB=1000MB(not 1024 MB)

8 GB space is required
