I feel like Gen-Z is appreciated but not completely understood. I think older generations appreciate our hunger for change and our strong passion for topics that we care about. I think almost all generations that are older than us like that we are speaking out and doing things to create a world that WE want to see and live in. But I wouldn’t really say we are understood just because we don’t always see eye to eye with all generations that are older than us. There are still topics that older generations stray away from and don’t really talk about for example mental health or LGBTQ+ conversations. I also just think that Gen-Z’s thought process is different and we oppose some ideals and morals that older generations grew up around. I also do think that young people make generalizations about older people. I think what happens often is that we use the majority to speak for the minority. So not all old people are the way that the stereotypes make them out to be.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The question needs more of an opinionated answer. The person asking you this question what's you to explain to them how you feel that you a treated by your elders. People like grandparents, aunts, uncles, and parents. Do you (your generation) feel as if they understand you and treat you with respect?

Do you think that the people from your generation replicate that same energy-that you understand them- toward these older people?
