Honestly, all of my life I have tried losing weight. “All that bull of working out and going to the gym and eating healthy is somewhat true but doesn’t even help!”

I’ll tell you my secrets on how I lost 20 pounds in 1 months. Cut all sugary drinks out of your life. Does that mean you won’t be able to drink them at all? No. But don’t have it every day. What I did is only drink water and every 2 weeks on Sunday I would have ONE sugary drink. Now, after you have gotten used to drinking only water you are going to download the app “ LOSE IT” this helps you track all the bad stuff you are eating and the good stuff you are consuming. You want to eat 1,800 calories a day. I didn’t even realize it but I was eating about 3,000 calories a day! YUCK! Next, go outside or do some sort of exercise for an HOUR EVERY DAY. Whether it’s running, lifting weights, dancing, doing yard work, etc. you just gotta keep moving. No sitting or lying down. CUT YOUR FOOD IN HALF. Or share a meal with someone. NO SNACKS. Stick with your 3 meals only, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. By the end of the month if you stick with this, you will lose so much weight, and you will look and feel healthier. Trust me it work!! I lost 20 pounds in a month, and I never feel bloated!
