y-intercept= 2

Explanation:

6x=4y-8

1. move -8 to the opposite side then youll get

4y=6x+8

2. now divide the 4 to all of the numbers and then u should get

y=3/2x+2

4y = 6x + 8

y = (3/2) x + 2
