Explanation:
There are series of incident that formulated attack on pearl harbour and which led to war between the USA and Japan. The real tension was happened in the year 1931 where the invasion of Manchuria by Japan. The Japanese in the year 1937 started expanding their territory into China which led to the Sino- Japanese war.
To ban the all imports to china including the weapons bought from US, the Japanese in the year 1940 invaded the French Indochina. This made US to ban oil exports to Japanese navy. Because of less oil resources with them and to support their plans they invaded into the Rhineland for oil. To provoke the American military they invaded the Philippines which were under the US control. This are series are events that changed the United States position on participation in the world war.
