2q+11

Explanation:

You can only combine the 2 and 9 because they are like terms whereas 2q has the q variable attached on to it there for we would leave it alone. But 2+9=11 so we take the 11 and just attach it back into the equation. Which would be 2q+11

Multiply q and 1

The q just gets copied along.

The answer is q

q

2*q evaluates to 2q

2*q+2 evaluates to 2q+2

2 + 9 = 11

The answer is 11+2q
