y=4x+5

Explanation:

The equation format is y=mx+b

m is the slope, which is 8/2 simplified into 4

b is the y-intercept, so the point on the graph that is on the y-axis, dont forget the squares go by 2's, the y-intercept is +5

put it together and you have y=4x+b
