Explanation:

There are two rules about triangle sides.

1) The two shortest sides must add up to a length bigger than the longest side, also known as the hypothenuse

2) The hypothenuse is the longest side of the triangle

In other words, x and 6 must add up to a number that's less than 15 because 15 is longest side, but must be more than 9. So x can be any value between 9 and 15
