Explanation:

How is it B, if the numbers are negatives not positives.

I believe that it is A, Because on a it says the numbers are neg. and on b it says the numbers are positive. It doesn't make any sense on why it would be (b).

Answer:

Positive, because the products (–5)(–3) and (–8)(–6) are positive, and the product of two positive numbers is positive.

Explanation:

If you multiply 2 negatives, the product will become positive.

The product of -5 and -3 is 15.

The product of -8 and -6 is 48.

The products are both positive.

15 * 48 = 720

Two positive numbers multiply to a positive product.
