Positive Body Image is characterized by many things as well such as:

1. appreciating and accepting one’s body type- the person perceives his body according to how he thinks and in this case, having a positive body image makes him accept his body type. This, he doesn’t hide from people and bugs clothes that are appropriate for his body.

2. Being confident about one’s body- when a person is confident about his body, it means that he feels comfortable about himself and he doesn’t have to deny it and getting fit, without worrying about what people think.
