y =  2(1)/(16)

Here, the given function is
f(x) = x^2 + 2

or we can also say that
y= x^2 + 2

Now, for domain value of x = 1/4


y((1)/(4) ) = ((1)/(4) )^2 + 2 =  2 + (1)/(16 )  = 2(1)/(16)

Hence, for domain x =1/4 ,
y =  2(1)/(16)
