Are the expressions 5+5+5+ X plus X plus X plus X and 4(5+x) equivalent? If so write another expression that is equivalent to both of them if not explain why not

Explanation:

The expressions are not equivalent.

5+5+5+ X plus X plus X plus X is equivalent to 3·5 +4·X. There is no common factor of 4 that can be removed using the distributive property.
