Answer:

a)
x+12y\leq 60

b) Subtract x from both sides:

12y=60-x

Divide each side by 12 and then simplify:

y=(60-x)/(12) = (60)/(12) - (x)/(12)=5-(x)/(12)

c)

6+12(4) = 54, true

8+12(5) = 68, false

d) The point (6,4) represents 6 songs and 4 albums, which in total costs $54. This makes the inequality true since
54 \leq 60.

e) Yes, I would shade the point -3,4 since it test true in the inequality (this doesn't make sense since you can't buy -3 songs, but this is just an arbitrary point).
