The region corresponding to
x\leq -3 corresponds to the all region in the x-y plane where x is less than -3 or the region corresponding to the left side of the line x=-3.

Similarly the region
y\leq -3* x+6 corresponds to the region in x-y plane where y is less than or equal to -3 times x plus 6 which is the region below the line y=3x+6 in the x-y plane .

->The intersection of these two regions is the required answer.
