I know this is late but could help anyone else that would like help with the question. The answer is B because, not that it's a bad thing but high class establishments do not usually serve sandwiches and burgers as their staple. Nor do they typically run out of bread that easily. As well as you can infer through the way the owner/employee dynamic goes that it is not a very fancy work environment. I also know that this answer is correct because it was recently on a quiz that I did and I got it correct when I chose that answer.
