Answer: f(x)=(-6x-2)/3

Explanation:

f(x)= 6x-2

f(x)= (6x-2)*1/3 ==>Vertical compression

f(x)=(6x-2)/3

f(x)=(6(-x)-2)/3 ==> reflection over y-axis is when x is being negated

f(x)=(-6x-2)/3
