n=-2

Explanation:

  1. ok so take away 13 from the right you equation will look like this 1=6n
  2. then take away 13 from the left it will look like this -12=6n
  3. then divide the right by 6 to get n by itself so it will look like this -12=n
  4. them divide the left by 6 so it will look like this -2=n
