well, from 58 to 152 is 152 - 58 = 94.

now, if we take 58 as the 100%, what is 94 off of it as a percentage?

\bf \begin{array}{ccll} amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 58&100\\ 94&x \end{array}\implies \cfrac{58}{94}=\cfrac{100}{x}\implies \cfrac{29}{47}=\cfrac{100}{x}\implies 29x=4700 \\\\\\ x = \cfrac{4700}{29}\implies x=162(2)/(29)\implies x\approx 162.07
