What is the common response to stress?

A. fight-or-flight

B. calm reflection

C. feeling tired or sleepy

D. low levels of alertness

There is not a pacific answer to this as fighting helps some people take out stress ; calm reflection helps certain people ; sleeping can have a big impact on people and I don’t actually know about D

The stress response is also called the fight-or-flight-response.

Although, when dealing with low level stress, nearly all of these are acceptable.

However, I'd say fight-or-flight.
