When x = -2:

f(-2) = -3 (-2) + 1

f(-2) = 6 +1

f(-2) = 7

y = 7

When x = 0:

f(0) = -3 (0) + 1

f(0) = 0 +1

f(0) = 1

y = 1

When x = 3:

f(3) = -3 (3) +1

f(3) = -3 (3) + 1

f(3) = -9 +1

f(3) = -8

y = -8

So, the Range is {7, 1, -8}
