The Greek word in direct translation means ‘lover of wisdom’ and is often labeled as the definition, but what philosophy means is much deeper in my opinion. Philosophers study multiple topics but generally, they study the philosophy of logic, religion, ethics, politics, metaphysics, and Epistemology. The multiple different topics are what make it difficult to define philosophy in a couple of sentences. Even though the studying of each topic may be different there is a common aspect and that is the asking of big questions about basic concepts.

Answer:

True.

Step-by-step explanation:

Philosophy is too deep to describe in just a few sentences. Altough what can be said is that it has different branches such as logic, religion, ethics, politics, metaphysics and Epistemology. These branches originate from basic questions, for example: What do I know? How do I know it? Where do we come from? Which, in turn, helps to develop basic concepts from which one could ask again and again those questions.
