An object is said to have a rotational symmetry if after rotating the object , the object still remains the same.

REFLECTION SYMMETRY:

An object is said to have a reflection symmetry if the mirror reflection of the object is a replica of the given object.

Now, the Letter S has NO Reflection symmetry because the mirror replica of S is not a replica of the letter S.

But, the Letter S has a rotational symmetry of order 2.

Letter S when rotated at an angle of 180 degrees, gives the exact letter S.
