What is the solution of x+2y=4 and 3x-2y=-12

is

you minus smallest x(you minus because the opposite of positive ia negative)

so you do x-x=0 and 4-x=3

so 2y/2. and 3÷2

so x is 1.5

for the 2nd question 3x -2y= -12

you do add 2y on both sides

so -2y+2y =0 and -12 +2y= -10 y

so 3x/3 and -10y /3

x= - 3.3333333333
