According to all known laws of probability, the possibility you could get hurt going down a roller coaster is incredibly low. Try to enjoy the day despite your fear and go on a roller coast. You get quite a rush.

This always helps me. I close my eyes and imagine I'm flying through the air instead of watching the roller coaster drop. Also, it's not recommended to hold your breath- just scream as loud as you can! This actually helps. Trust me
