Hydrogen bond forces are essentially a special type of dipole-dipole force. The only reason that hydrogen bonding is considered it's own type of Inter-molecule force is because hydrogen bond forces are SUPER DUPER strong dipole-dipole forces.

There are only three hydrogen bonds: H-F, H-O, and H-N. If you grab an electronegativity table, you'll see that their electronegativity difference is extremely high. Because of their high electronegativity difference, these three bonds will form very very strong dipole-dipole bond forces, which is why they're considered a separate IMF.

Good luck! If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask :))
