I have been struggling figuring out what the answer to this is, what is the slope of the line with equation -3x+6y=12

The equation of line is - 3 x + 6 y = 12

Now, The equation of line is written as y = m x + c

Where m is the slope of line

So from given line equation

- 3 x + 6 y = 12

Or, 6 y = 3 x + 12

Or, y =
(3)/(6) x +
(12)/(6)

Or, y =
(1)/(2) x + 2

∴ comparing the equation , it is clear that , here m =
(1)/(2)

Hence The slope of given line is
(1)/(2) Answer
