biotechnology can be seen from two perspectives
1. Traditional application of biotechnology
2. New application of biotechnology
so bacteria is used (traditionally) in food productions such as yogurt ( using the bacterias lactobacillus and streptococcus) and also Cheese.
Modern application: bacteria can be used in the production of biogas
