Answer:

The points of P is (
(15)/(7) ,
(43)/(7) )

Explanation:

Given as :

The coordinate of point M ( - 3 , 7 )

The coordinate of point N ( 9 , 15 )

Since point P lies on line MN , and it divide the line in ratio ( m : n ) = 3:4

So, Let The point of P ( x , y )

x =
(m* x_2+n* x_1)/(m+n)

Or, x =
(3* 9+4* -3)/(3+4)

Or, x =
(15)/(7)

And y =
(m* y_2+n* y_1)/(m+n)

Or, y =
(3* 15+4* 7)/(3+4)

Or, y =
(43)/(7)

Hence The points of P is (
(15)/(7) ,
(43)/(7) ) Answer
