Lauren bought 6 yellow roses, 10 orange roses, and 12 pink roses to make a bouquet. What is the ratio of the number of yellow roses to the total number of roses in Lauren’s bouquet?

Explanation:

It asked for 6 yellow roses to 6.

Then it asked for the total so 6+10+12=72

6/72.

Then simplify it 6/6= 1

72/6= 12

So the answer is 1/12
