Explanation:

2x + 3 = -5

2x = -8

x = -4

3x - 6 ≥ -3

3x ≥ 3

x ≥ 1

|2x + 5| ≤ - 7

NO SOLUTION

Why?

since the absolute value is always positive, there is no way that it would be less than or equal to -7
