There are three differente denominators here: 10, 5 and 4. The LCD is 20.

Rewriting this problem, we get:

(5 2/10)x = 9 21/20, or (5 2/20)x = 10 1/20

Solving for x, we divide 10 1/20 by 5 2/20:
