use the rule to figure it out.

y=5x-4

plug it in, starting with the first x input

5x turns into 5*0

5*0=0

0-4=-4

that narrows it down to 2 choices (A and B) with the first x input as -4

then continue

5x turns into 5*2

5*2=10

10-4=6

still working

last, 5x turns into 5*4

5*4=20

20-4=16

there is only one choice left that has the x values, -4 and 16
