Tim has two spinners, spinner A and spinner B.Each spinner can only land on red or blue. The probability that spinner A will land on is 0.5 and the pribability that spinner B will land on blie is 0.6. Tim spins spinner A once and he spins spinner B once. He does this for a number of times.

The number of times both spinners land on red is 84. Work out an estimate for the number of spinners land on blue.

Answer:

the answer is 56.

Step by step explanation:

0.5 x 0.4 = 0.20

0.5 x 0.6 = 0.30

84/x = 0.30

84/0.30 = x

280 = x

0.2 x 280 = 56
