The key part of Laissez-faire economic policy:

  • Laissez Faire policy is tone of the most important policies of the government which states that there should be no interference of the government in the working of the economy.
  • The government should only work for maintaining law and order in the country and should protect it from the external powers but should not take any decisions regarding the working of the economy, market, production, consumption and so on.
  • This policy favors least interference of the government in the working of the economy.
