Do -1 - 3 over -3 - -4 which is -4/1 which is -4. Plug it into y=Mx+b with the order pair. So -1=-4(-3)+b. Simplify this would be -1=12+b. Subtract 12 from both sides so -13=b. The slope form would be y=-4x-13. Correct me if I’m wrong
