The answer is C. 6+4 = 10 ; 10+3 = 13
This is because it shows you that 6 + 4 gets you 10 and then 10 + 3 gets you 13. The original statement is 13 - 6 if we subtract we would get an answer of 7 and if we take 4 + 3 from the two equations we would get 7.
