Answer:

y=7x-9

Explanation:

first you see if you can combine any like terms and in this case you can not so then you subtract 5 from the other side and end up with y=7x-9 and then you have the equation for slope intercept if that is what you are looking for if you need to find something else i do not know what to do sorry hope it helps a little

so x = 0 and y = -9

Explanation:

y +5 = -7 x - 4

Therefore y = -7 x -4 -5

y = -7x -9

(-7 x - 9 )+5 = -7 x -4

-7 x + 7 x - 4 = -4

0x =-4 +4

0x = 0

so x = 0

y = 0 - 9

y = -9

so x = 0 and y = -9
