For this case we have the following system of equations:

5x-4y = 3\\-10x + 8y = -2

We multiply the first equation by 2:

10x-8y = 6

We have the following equivalent system:

10x-8y = 6\\-10x + 8y = -2

We add the equations:

10x-10x-8y + 8y = 6-2\\0 = 4

Equality is not fulfilled. For any value of "x" or "y" the system will have no solution.

Answer:

The system has no solution.
