Many of Ms. Morton’s 4th grade students did not complete this week’s homework on long division. If you have taught a concept but then after giving students a task that will show you their understanding of that concept but only to find that they did not understand it. It will be good to go over the concept again and explain it further with examples in which students themselves can tackle within the class where you can still assist them and this can allow you to examine where exactly they are having a problem.
