Answer:

G. be prepared to compromise, no one gets to have his/her way every time.

Step-by-step explanation:

In conflict resolution, compromising can be a pretty important thing. Obviously, anyone involved in resolving a conflict is going to want their way. But, in the real world, you don’t always get your way. Without compromising, it would be a win-lose situation. One person would get their way in the other would be left feeling disappointed. However, if you compromise, both people can come to a mutual solution to the conflict. Maybe they meet somewhere in the middle or maybe after discussing for a while, both people may agree with one side. It all depends on the conflict at hand, but compromising can be a great way to solve conflicts.

Answer: H: I think that saying that theres no threatening allowing is very good. If it gets physically no good can come of it. People need to understand that you must be calm and politely speak to one another. Yelling or calling each other names is not good and fighting is not the solution either.
