As in the chart for Monday, The Doctor had checked 3 patients per hour so that in 2 hours the patients are 2*3 =6 and so on...

While from the graph of Tuesday it is obvious that the doctor checked 4 patients per hour so that the patients in 2 hours are 4*4 =8 and so on...

So by comparing we can conclude that doctor has seen 1 more patient per hour on Tuesday than on Monday
