Combine the following two sentences into one complex sentence. (Hint: You will need to add subordinating conjunction.)

I don’t like broccoli. I love my mom’s broccoli casserole.

Answer:

I don't like broccoli; however, I love my mom's broccoli casserole.

Step-by-step explanation:

By adding the semicolon (;) in place of the first period, you create a complex sentence because you join the two sentences together while still keeping them somewhat separate. The "however, " is placed after the semicolon to keep the complex sentence flowing.
