Answer:

-1

Explanation:

-(4^6•4^2)/4^4

When bases are same powers are to be added since the base is same(4) powers will be added

-(4^(6+2))/4^4

-(4^8)/4^4

When the power I in denominator and we shift it to the numerator the power become negative

-(4^4•4^(-4))

When bases are same powers are to be added

-(4^(4-4))

-(4^0)

Whenever the "power" is zero the base becomes one

E.g. a^0=1

So

-(1)

-1

The answer is -1
