Answer:

if the 2 is the power of (x-1) here is ur answer

y = (x - 1 ){}^(2) \\if \: x \: is \: \: equal \: to \: - 3 \\ y =( - 3 - 1) {}^(2) \\ y = ( - 4) {}^(2) \\ y = 16

if \: x = 0 \\ y = (0 - 1) {}^(2) \\y = ( - 1) { }^(2) \\ y = 1

if \: x = 3 \\ y = (3 - 1) {}^(2) \\ y = 2 { }^(2) \\ y = 4

(-3,16) (0,1) (3,4)
