√(16) :
√(25) = 4 : 5

let x be the required perimeter then using proportion


(4)/(21.3) =
(5)/(x) ( cross- multiply )

4x = 106.5 ( divide both sides by 4 )

x = 26.6 ( to the nearest tenth )

Perimeter of figure is 26.6 m
