Answer: The answer is C

Step-by-step explanation:

Unemployment Rate: This is the proportion of the population of a country who had reached the age allowed by law to work but cannot find a job to do in the country. It is calculated as

U = Number of people unemployed / Labour Force*100%

Unemployment is a serious economic problem confronting a nation.infact,it is the major causes of poverty and human trafficking in the developing countries all over the world. It is the major causes of human trafficking into other parts of the world such as Europe and America. Almost on daily basis Africans most especially youth tried in their thousands to cross the Mediterranean sea to Europe from Africa in search of greener pasture and in the process many of them lose their life's when they perish on the sea.

Furthermore, In spite of these horrible news of economic migrant dying on the the sea in their attempt to reach Europe ,many African youth still want to embark on the journey in search of jobs to better their life's. Unemployment is of the following types such as frictional, cyclical, structural, seasonal, and technological unemployment.

However, with a view to solve the problem government should embark on the provision of employment opportunities for their people. In addition, government should also provide the enabled environment for the private sector to thrive so that they too could also contribute their own quota to the effort of government aimed at job creation in the country.
